For Christmas of 2023 my husband got me a Pinsta camera and I have been absolutely loving getting back into developing and using darkroom chemistry again.

It has been fun collecting all of the supplies to get the best on-the-go kit together.

I am testing and prepping for an upcoming Disneyland trip where I will be bringing the Pinsta and braving TSA and Disneyland crowds with everything. The biggest challenges to me will be flying with photo paper and chemicals, then finding the perfect spots to set up for 1 minute exposures throughout the day and not being overstimulated by it all. It was suggested to me to bring powdered chemicals to make once I get to our hotel, which I thought was a great idea, not sure I want to pull the trigger on more chemicals at this time.

Next project will be creating home made developers with ingredients around the house, vitamin C powder and washing soda. Stay tuned!
